Return Policy

At Rooottz, nearly all products are one-of-a-kind. Because of the unique and handmade nature of our items, we have a strict return policy in place.

 

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are only accepted if an item arrives damaged or defective.
  • All other sales are final and non-refundable.
  • Custom or commissioned pieces are non-returnable under all circumstances.

 

2. Reporting Damage

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@rooottz.com.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

 

3. Approved Returns

  • If a return is approved, items must be sent back unused, in original packaging, and within 7 days of approval.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon.

 

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
