  • These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the official Rooottz webshop.
  • All products are sold directly by Rooottz and are not available via third-party platforms.
  • By placing an order, you agree to these terms and confirm that all provided information is accurate.

 

2. Products and Orders

  • All items sold on the webshop are unique, one-of-a-kind pieces, either handmade or produced in extremely limited runs.
  • Once a product is sold, it cannot be restocked or re-ordered in the same form.
  • Custom commissions are available upon request via direct contact and are not processed through the webshop.
  • All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT (21%).

 

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Rooottz ships worldwide.
  • Shipping times vary depending on the size of the package and the destination country.
  • Small domestic orders (within The Netherlands) typically arrive within 2 business days.
  • Large or international shipments may take longer and are subject to the carrier’s timeline.
  • Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

 

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the unique and often handmade nature of our items, all sales are final.
  • Returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged or defective.
  • To request a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photographic evidence of the damage.
  • Approved returns must be sent back in original packaging, unused, and shipped within 7 days of approval.

 

5. Payment

  • We currently accept payments via iDEAL and credit card. Additional methods may be added in the future.
  • All transactions are securely processed. Rooottz does not store your payment details.

 

6. Intellectual Property

  • All artworks, designs, and content displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Rooottz.
  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

 

7. Liability

  • Rooottz is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or customs authorities.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products.

 

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
  • Any disputes will be settled in the appropriate courts of Amsterdam.
